Quién justifique que se le ha transferido un título a la orden por medio distinto del endoso, podrá exigir que el juez en vía de jurisdicción voluntaria haga constar la transferencia en el título o en una hoja adherida a él.

La constancia que ponga el juez en el título, se tendrá como endoso.
