Establécese un impuesto sobre consumo de gasolina en el país, de un centavo por cada botella de setecientos cincuenta (750) gramos que se dé al expedido, impuesto que se hará efectivo en las aduanas por lo que respecta a la gasolina que se importe al país, y en los lugares de venta en lo tocante a la de producción nacional.
