Periodo de transición para proyectos. Durante el año 2012 por ser un periodo de transición se contará con la oportunidad para inscribir los proyectos susceptibles de ser financiados con cargo al Sistema General de Regalías en los bancos de programas y proyectos del mismo sistema. Estos proyectos, tendrán prioridad y prevalencia sobre aquellos que sólo de manera indicativa componen el anexo del decreto de presupuesto expedido por el Gobierno. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de que una vez vencido dicho plazo puedan formular y presentar nuevos proyectos.
