Artículo segundo. Para todos los efectos legales y extralegales, las empleos de Director General de Establecimiento Público y Subdirector General de Establecimiento Público de que trata el artículo primero del Acuerdo número 066 de 1980, de la Junta- Directiva del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, tendrán la denominación de "Gerente General" y "Subgerente", respectivamente, conforme al ordenamiento legal dado para esos cargos por los Decretos extraordinarios números 1050 y 3130 de 1963, y conforme lo establecen los estatutos del Instituto de Crédito Territorial aprobados por el Decreto número 1601 de junio 30 de 1980.
