ARTICULO 165. Derechos hijas célibes. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, las hijas célibes del personal de Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, por las cuales se tenga derecho a devengar subsidio familiar, continuarán disfrutándolo mientras permanezcan en estado de celibato y dependan económicamente del Agente.
