Las Decisiones De La Junta Directiva Se Adoptarán Por Mayoría Absoluta De Los Votos De Los Concurrentes A La Reunión En Caso De Empate En La Votación, Decidirá El Voto Del Presidente De La Junta

Articulo 20. Las decisiones de la junta Directiva se adoptarán por mayoría absoluta de los votos de los concurrentes a la reunión En caso de empate en la votación, decidirá el voto del Presidente de la Junta.

Parágrafo

Formará quorum para las reuniones de la Junta la asistencia de tres Directores por lo menos; pero además será indispensable que esté presente el Ministro de Comunicaciones o su representante debidamente autorizado.
