Con respaldo en las ganancias obtenidas en 1936 y las que se obtengan en 1937 en la importación de azúcar, ábrese un crédito adicional con carácter extraordinario, al Presupuesto de Rentas y Ley de Apropiaciones de la actual vigencia, con la siguiente imputación: MINISTERIO DE AGRICULTURA Y COMERCIO CAPITULO 67 Artículo 460 bis. Para la campaña contra la enfermedad del Mosaico en la caña de azúcar, de acuerdo con la Ley 203 de 1936, así: Ganancias de 1936 $ 300.000.00 Ganancias de 1937 $ 200.000.00 $ 500.000.00
