Artículo tercero. Fallecida la cónyuge supérstite los hijos menores gozarán de la pensión vitalicia hasta cumplir los veintiún años y los incapacitados para trabajar por razón de sus estudios o por invalidez cuando ésta cese y aquéllos concluyan o se presente alguna de las circunstancias señaladas en el artículo anterior. Si el auxilio, beca, recompensa, sueldo, o cualquiera otra entrada del estudiante, apenas le facilita el pago de una parte de sus gastos mensuales, la pensión se reducirá entonces al restante para completar la congrua subsistencia.
