El aprovisionamiento de combustible debe hacerse con el motor del vehículo apagado; los vehículos de servicio público colectivo lo harán antes de presentarse al lugar de partida de la ruta. En caso de urgencia, los pasajeros deben abandonar el vehículo mientras se hace el aprovisionamiento.
