El auxilio decretado por la presente Ley, será pagado por la Nación a la institución beneficiada, a través de las Empresas Públicas Municipales de Cali, entidad de derecho público que adelanta los trabajos de instalación y extensión de redes de energía y alumbrado general del citado "Barrio Alfonso López Pumarejo", en cuotas de novecientos mil pesos ($ 900.000) anuales, hasta la concurrencia de la suma total.
