Parágrafo

el artículo 3º del Decreto 1729 de 1999: "

Parágrafo 2

Los dineros destinados por las Cajas de Compensación Familiar al Fondo de Subsidio de Vivienda de Interés Social, Fovis, durante la vigencia de 1999, deberán ser asignados a los postulantes de la primera prioridad a más tardar el 30 de junio del año 2000". "No obstante lo anterior, la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar, cuando tenga certeza de la existencia de demanda efectiva para utilizar recursos de segunda prioridad, podrá ordenar, a prorrata, a las entidades vigiladas que tengan recursos disponibles dentro de la primera prioridad, destinar éstos a atender la segunda prioridad".
