En los casos de labores que no puedan ser suspendidas, como los viajes fluviales o marítimos, cuando el personal no pueda tomar el descanso en el curso de una o más semanas, se acumulan los días de descanso en la semana siguiente a la terminación de las labores o se paga la correspondiente remuneración en dinero, a opción del trabajador.
