Cuando el servidor de la Registraduría Nacional obtenga una (1) calificación anual no satisfactoria en la valoración de su desempeño laboral, que resultará del promedio de las evaluaciones semestrales, deberá declararse insubsistente su nombramiento en el cargo, previo concepto de la Comisión de Personal respectiva.
