Registro De La Leche En Polvo Reempacada

ARTICULO 95. Registro de la leche en polvo reempacada . Las reempacadoras de leche en polvo, deberán llevar un registro diario de la leche reempacada en el cual se consignará: 1 Tipo de leche: entera, semidescremada o descremada según el caso. 2 Cantidad y procedencia de la leche, con indicación del nombre o razón social del fabricante y fecha de fabricación. 3 Cantidad de leche reempacada y presentación del producto.

Parágrafo

El registro a que se refiere el presente articulo, deberá renovarse por el término de un año y estará a disposición de las autoridades sanitarias, para efecto de vigilancia y control.
