ARTICULO 45 . Control Interno. - El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, de acuerdo con la naturaleza de sus funciones, establecerá y organizará un sistema de control interno y diseñará los métodos y procedimientos necesarios para garantizar que todas las actividades de la entidad, así como el ejercicio de las funciones a cargo de sus servidores, se realicen de conformidad con las normas constitucionales y legales y con sujeción a estrictos criterios de moralidad, eficacia, eficiencia, economía, celeridad, imparcialidad y publicidad.
