º Los Consejos Seccionales de Policía Judicial se reunirán por lo menos una vez al mes y serán presididos por el Secretario de Gobierno del Departamento. En las seccionales que comprenden varios departamentos, será presidido por el Secretario de Gobierno del Departamento sede de la Seccional. El Director Seccional de Instrucción Criminal será el coordinador de las funciones del Consejo Seccional de Policía Judicial y ejercerá la Secretaría Ejecutiva del mismo. El Subdirector Seccional será el Secretario de Actas.
