Para los fines determinados en los artículos 215, 216 y 217 del Decreto 89 de 1984, deberán comprobarse las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar en que se produjo la lesión o muerte del Alumno de las Escuelas de Formación, mediante la investigación administrativa ordenada oportunamente por el Director o Comandante de la respectiva Escuela.
