ARTICULO 13 . El artículo 50 de los Estatutos Internos del Incora, quedará así: Articulo 50. Control fiscal. La vigilancia de la gestión fiscal del Instituto se ejerce por la Contraloría General de la República, por medio de auditores de su dependencia en la forma prevenida en el Título X de la Constitución Política, la Ley 42 de 1993 y demás disposiciones complementarias.
