°. Servicio de posegreso a través de Casas de Justicia y Centros de Convivencia Ciudadana. El servicio de posegreso podrá prestarse en las Casas de Justicia y Centros de Convivencia Ciudadana mediante las siguientes formas

A través de personal que designe el INPEC para hacer presencia en la respectiva Casa de Justicia o Centro de Convivencia Ciudadana.

De manera potestativa, a través de la oferta de servicios de la entidad territorial en las Casas de Justicia y/o Centros de Convivencia Ciudadana de su jurisdicción, previa articulación con el INPEC y el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
