Art. 163. El alumno de un establecimiento de instrucción que pase á la escuela de trabajo, no volverá a ser recibido de aquél sino mediante un certificado del Director del Asilo en que conste que ha observado buena conducta y dado muestras inequívocas de estar corregido. En caso reincidencia, se le expulsará. Si hubiere perdido cursos con motivo de su ausencia del establecimiento, tendrá que repetirlos ó habilitarlos. CAPITULO XXVII. DE LAS SUBVENCIONES Á FAVOR DE COLEGIOS PÚBLICOS Y PRIVADOS.
