El arrendador es obligado a entregar el predio rústico en los términos estipulados. Si la cabida fuere diferente de la estipulada, habrá lugar al aumento o disminucion del precio o renta, o a la rescision del contrato, segun lo dispuesto en el titulo De la compraventa .
