ARTICULO 4° Los titulares de los cargos que se suprimen en los años 1994 y 1995 , serán los incorporados a la Subdirección Transitoria del Instituto Nacional de Vías, dependencia que se encargará de efectuar la liquidación correspondiente, de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 66 del Decreto 2171 de 1992.
