Artículo segundo . Las sanciones previstas en los Decretos 2476 de 1953, 3694 de 1954 y 2635 de 1956 serán impuestas por el Departamento de Notariato y Registro del Ministerio de Justicia. Cuando la sanción fuere la destitución ésta se hará por la autoridad que nombró al respectivo funcionario con base en la Resolución que para el efecto dicte el Director de dicho Departamento, con aprobación del Ministro de Justicia.
