En cada Circuito de Notaría de las Intendencias habrá un Registrador.

Parágrafo

Los Intendentes cuidarán de que cada una de las Oficinas de Notaría y Registro reúna y arregle el archivo que le corresponda, formando inventario detallado de él. CAPITULO X ADMINISTRACIÓN FISCAL.
