Articulo 2.° Por renuncia aceptada del señor Roberto Morales Olaya del cargo de Jefe de la Sección 3ª nombrase en propiedad Jefe de la Sección creada por este Decreto, al señor José Joaquín Otero Duran, quien viene desempañando la Jefatura da una de las secciones del mismo Ministerio; este empleado continuara respondiendo con la fianza que tiene prestada por el manejo de los textos y útiles de enseñanza que existen en el almacén y por los que recibirán del Exterior hasta que el Gobierno los reparta en su totalidad entre los establecimientos de educación que gozan de tal beneficio.
