Esta Ley rige a partir de la fecha de su promulgación, se aplicará a los procesos disciplinarios que se inicien a partir de dicha fecha y deroga los artículos 55 y 56, excepto su parágrafo, del Decreto 2845 de 1984 y demás normas que le sean contrarias.
