Las personas que dejaren de presentar los informes requeridos por el artículo 16 de la Ley 81, incurrirán en multas de diez a cien pesos. En igual pena incurrirán los Notarios y Registradores de instrumentos públicos y privados que dejaren de presentar los informes exigidos por el artículo 18.
