Consejo de Administración del Fondo Nacional de Estupefacientes. El Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes estará constituido por: - El Ministro de Salud o su delegado, quien lo presidirá. - El Secretario General del Ministerio. - El Director General de Salud Pública. - El Director General de Desarrollo de Prestación de Servicios de Salud. - El Director General de Aseguramiento. El quórum para decidir será la mayoría absoluta de los miembros que lo integran y actuará como Secretario del Consejo, el Director del Fondo, quien actuará con voz pero sin voto.
