Habilitación. Los oficiales y Subtenientes que en curso de capacitación o especialización para ascenso no aprobaren una o dos materias, tendrán derecho a un examen de habilitación seis (6. meses después de clausurado el curso respectivo. Para habilitaciones, la Dirección del respectivo Instituto Docente, designará Juntas integradas por el profesor de la materia y dos (2. más, quienes calificarán los exámenes en forma separada y la nota definitiva será el promedio de las tres (3).
