- DURACION DE COMISIONES. Las comisiones dentro del país no podrán tener duración superior a cinco (5) días. Las comisiones fuera del país no podrán ser superiores a diez (10) días, prorrogables, previa justificación por un lapso no superior al mismo (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 113).
