El Ministerio de Educación Nacional y el Departamento Nacional de Higiene se abstendrán de reconocer los títulos de enfermeras o visitadoras sociales, cuando las escuelas de donde provengan dichos títulos no hayan cumplido con el requisito exigido en el artículo anterior.
