De los empleados. La Junta Central de Contadores tendrá los empleados que fueren necesarios, de libre nombramiento y remoción de la misma , los sueldos y demás gastos de la Junta Central de Contadores, serán incluidos dentro del presupuesto del Ministerio de Educación.
