Loa utilidades líquidas se distribuirán entre los fondos de reserva, de fomento y de solidaridad, en pagar a los socios un interés por sus acciones o cuotas y en repartir a los mismos un beneficio en las proporciones señaladas para las distintas clases de sociedades enunciadas en el artículo 30 de esta Ley.
