Cotizaciones durante el período de huelga o suspensión temporal del contrato de trabajo. En los períodos de huelga o suspensión temporal del contrato de trabajo por alguna de las causales contempladas en el artículo 51 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, no habrá lugar al pago de los aportes por parte del afiliado, pero sí de los correspondientes al empleador los cuales se efectuarán con base en el último salario base reportado con anterioridad a la huelga o a la suspensión temporal del contrato.
