Articulo 27. Los actos administrativos que realice el instituto estarán Sujetos al procedimiento gubernativo contemplado en el decreto 2733 de 1959, pero contra los mismos solo procederá el recurso de reposición, Decidido el cual se entenderá agotada la vía gubernativa. El recurso de reposición no es obligatorio para el ejercicio de las Acciones contencioso-administrativas.
