Enfoque del control y vigilancia sanitaria. Las acciones de control y vigilancia sanitaria sobre los establecimientos regulados en el presente decreto, se enmarcarán en las acciones de vigilancia en salud pública y control de factores de riesgo, estarán enfocadas a asegurar el cumplimiento de las condiciones sanitarias, las buenas prácticas de manufactura y se orientarán en los principios que rigen el Sistema de Análisis de Peligros y Control de Puntos Críticos.
