Queda prohibida la venta con el nombre de "café" de productos que contengan menos de noventa por ciento de café en su preparación.

Las infracciones de las dos disposiciones anteriores serán castigadas con multas hasta de cien pesos, que impondrá la Dirección de Higiene, la cual tendrá a su cargo la reglamentación de este Artículo.
