Siempre que un mismo individuo obtenga á la vez empleo militar en uno ó más Estados y en la Guardia colombiana, estando en servicio de ésta, no podrá ejercer el que obtenga en las milicias del Estado, sino transcurrido el término que señala el artículo 3o. de esta Ley, quedando en caso de contravención, sujeto á las penas establecidas en él.
