Los Consejos Intendenciales y Comisariales elegidos en 1990 se regirán, en su organización y funcionamiento, por las disposiciones constitucionales y legales propias de las Asambleas Departamentales y por las especiales del presente Decreto. Los miembros de los Consejos Intendenciales y Comisariales estarán sujetos a las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones que rigen para los Diputados.
