La Nación debe adquirir un lote de terreno, en extensión suficiente para un parque en la finca denominada "La Ramada", en jurisdicción del Municipio de Sogamoso y erigir en él un monumento, como recuerdo a los mártires de la Batalla de Gámeza, que allí fueron fusilados. Tal monumento tendrá la siguiente leyenda:

"El Congreso de Colombia a los mártires de la Batalla de Gámeza, al cumplirse 150 años de su fusilamiento". Tal inscripción llevará el número y fecha de la presente Ley.
