Modifíquese el artículo 247 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 247. GARANTÍA. La garantía global constituida conforme con lo previsto en el artículo 773-6 del presente decreto para el usuario aduanero con trámite simplificado, deberá respaldar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de que trata el artículo anterior."
