Artículo decimoquinto. La inspección general de la instrucción pública la ejercerán los Gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios, con la intervención de las Secretarías de Educación, de acuerdo con la reglamentación vigente sobre esta materia, sin perjuicio de la que corresponde directamente al Ministerio de Educación Nacional por intermedio de sus funcionarios.
