Tan pronto como sea perfeccionado el vinculo internacional que ligue a Colombia por medio de un Tratado, Convenio, Convención, etc., el Organo Ejecutivo dictará un decreto de promulgación, en el cual quedará interesado el texto del Trabajo o Convenio en referencia, y en su caso, el texto de las reservas que el Gobierno quiera formular o mantener en el momento del depósito de ratificaciones.
