La Nación, por intermedio del Ministerio de Comunicaciones y de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones procederá a dotar de oficinas de Marconi y de servicio de radioteléfono para el público, a los siguientes pueblos del Departamento de Nariño: Muellamués (Municipio de Guachucal), Yascual (Municipio de Túquerres), "El Palmar",(Municipio de El Rosario).
