Art. 43. Los proyectos de ley que se presenten después de expedida la Ley o el Código respectivo, se amoldarán a la clasificación legal; de suerte que un mismo proyecto no debe tener disposiciones pertenecientes a materias que deben ser objeto de diversas leyes o Códigos.

En dichos proyectos se refundirán todas las disposiciones adicionales o reformatorias del Código o Ley primitiva y se indicará claramente el lugar que le corresponda en él a cada disposición.
