Artículo tercero. Corresponden al Ministerio de Educación Nacional y a su agente inmediato conforme al artículo anterior, en ejercicio del derecho de superintendencia de la Oficina de Registro Nacional de Propiedad Intelectual, las siguientes funciones

a)

Expedir las normas reglamentarias que fueren necesarias para la correcta marcha de la oficina y cumplimiento de sus funciones legales;

b)

Hacer visitas periódicas a la Oficina de Registro para comprobar la regularidad de su marcha, sus defectos y necesidades, visitas que se practicarán directamente por el Ministro de Educación o por su agente inmediato para la superintendencia, según este Decreto, el Director de la Biblioteca Nacional, y

c)

Suministrar a la Oficina de Registro todos los elementos y útiles necesarios para su eficaz funcionamiento.
