Los productos introducidos en zonas de régimen aduanero especial causarán los impuestos a que se refiere este Capítulo . Dichos impuestos se liquidaran ante la autoridad aduanera con jurisdicción en el municipio al que pertenezca la zona y se pagarán a órdenes del Fondo Cuenta de Impuestos al Consumo de Productos Extranjeros.
