La casa a que se refiere el artículo anterior será adquirida con la intervención del patrono, del Personero del Municipio en donde vaya a hacerse la adquisición y de la madre de los menores, si viviere, y en caso contrario de un curador que será nombrado sumariamente por el Juez respectivo del mismo Municipio.
