ARTICULO 7

Ejercicio de funciones consulares en terceros Estados.

El Estado que envía podrá, después de notificarlo a los Estados interesados y salvo que uno de éstos se oponga expresamente a ello, encargar a una oficina consular establecida en un Estado, que asuma el ejercicio de funciones consulares en otros Estados.
