Artículo primero. Los expertos extranjeros y sus esposas e hijos que los acompañaren, que vengan al país en desarrollo de acuerdos sobre ayuda técnica o económica celebrados por el Gobierno de Colombia con otros Gobiernos o con organismos internacionales, estarán exentos de impuestos sobre la renta y sus complementarios.
